Haley has experience working with children and families in a variety of school settings aged K-12. Annie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania. She has experience as a therapist with children, adolescents, and individual adults. Prior to coming to coming to Allegheny Mental Health Associates, she worked at STAR (Services for Teens at Risk) at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic where she mainly worked with teens who were depressed and anxious. She also facilitated Intensive Outpatient groups.

Rebecca Golden-Trist

Rebecca Golden-Trist, LMFT, LPC received her undergraduate degree from Earlham College in Richmond, IN.  She received her graduate degree in marriage and family therapy from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, PA. 

CREDENTIALS/PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Rebecca is a licensed marriage and family therapist as well as a licensed professional counselor.  She worked as an in home family therapist for three years before moving to outpatient therapy.  Rebecca is certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) which is used to treat symptoms of PTSD and is also trained in EMDR therapy.  Rebecca is also a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.

Special clinical interests include couples therapy, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss and depression.

MOST IMPORTANT CAREER MOMENTS

Rebecca spent her 20s volunteering in various countries around the world.  This provided her the opportunity to travel and experience various cultures. She spent a year in Belfast, Northern Ireland doing cross-community youth work, two years in Punta Gorda, Belize, doing HIV/AIDS education for the Peace Corps and two years in Tecklenburg, Germany working in a L’Arche community.

When the weather is nice I enjoy talking walks with friends in the local parks.  I also enjoy reading, creating craft projects inspired by Pinterest, going to museums and traveling.  

Sean Healey

Sean J. Healey, Psy.D. earned his undergraduate degree from Duquesne University. He received his Master’s degree from Waynesburg University and his doctoral degree from Carlow University. Dr. Healey completed his psychology internship in Primary Care and Clinical Psychology at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center with rotations in the Family Medical Center, inpatient psychiatry (Adult, Geropsychiatry, and Child/Adolescent Units), and Consultation/Liaison Service to specialty clinics. He completed his postdoctoral training in psychological assessment and treatment with specializations in working with individuals with chronic illness and the assessment and treatment of neurodevelopmental disorders.

CREDENTIALS/PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Dr. Healey is a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association, where he serves on the Integrated Care Committee. In addition to his background in psychological assessment and treatment, Dr. Healey has served as the executive director of a community mental health center, where his responsibilities included program development and evaluation, clinical supervision and training. Dr. Healey utilizes various treatment methods including cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal and mindfulness-based interventions.

SPECIAL INTERESTS

Treatment for individuals experiencing anxiety and mood disorders, as well as helping others effectively manage ADHD, stress, and anger. Dr. Healey is particularly interested in helping individuals cope with chronic illnesses while maintaining a high quality of life. His training and experience includes working with individuals with sleep disorders, obesity, diabetes, heart disease, functional gastrointestinal conditions, HIV/AIDs and other autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, and neurological conditions (ALS, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, stroke and traumatic brain injury). He also conducts pre-surgical and pre-treatment psychological evaluations. Additionally, Dr. Healey provides consultation and training services on integrated care topics locally and regionally.

Dina Tommasino

Christopher Coburn

P. Christopher Coburn, PhD received his undergraduate degree from Butler University in Indianapolis. He received a dual Ph.D from the University of Pittsburgh in Clinical Psychology and Psychobiology. He did his internship in Clinical Psychology at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Pittsburgh. He did postdoctoral training in neuropsychology with Graham Ratcliffe, D. Phil at Harmarville Rehabilitation Center.

CREDENTIALS/PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Dr. Coburn began his career as a staff psychologist at Staunton Clinic in Sewickley Valley Hospital and became Director of Psychological Services. After seven years he left Staunton Clinic to join Drs. Greenwald and Kornblith in private practice as Allegheny Mental Health Associates. He is trained in neuropsychology, which has become a subspecialty. He has been involved as an expert therapist in several major clinical research studies conducted at the University of Pittsburgh researching the treatment of chronic depression and traumatic grief. Dr. Coburn has extensive experience in the evaluation of dementia and in the treatment of patients and families affected by Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. He is a certified cognitive therapist and is experienced in treating a variety of disorders using this approach. Dr. Coburn is on the staff of UPMC/ St. Margaret's Hospital and has consultative relationships with several companies and organizations.

SPECIAL INTERESTS

Dr. Coburn is certified in cognitive therapy and its application to a variety of problems, including depression and anxiety, He has postdoctoral training and experience in neuropsychology and he has been trained in Transactional Analysis and treatment of traumatic grief. In addition to treatment of the clinical problems mentioned above, Dr. Coburn has a particular interest in psychological evaluation, neuropsychological evaluation and consultation. Mike Greenwald

Mike Greenwald, Ph.D. received his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University and and his graduate degrees from the University of Cincinnati and the University of Wisconsin Rehabilitation Psychology Program. He completed an APA-approved Internship in Clinical Psychology at Mendota Mental Health Institute in Madison, Wisconsin. He also has an M.S. in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Greenwald is a Founding Fellow and Certified Trainer and Supervisor in the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. He trained psychologists and counselors as an Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh from 1978-1989; served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor throughout the 90's, and was involved in health promotion and substance abuse prevention research and cognitive therapy research in anxiety, depression, traumatic grief, and cocaine abuse. He served on the clinical faculty of the Cognitive Therapy Training Program at UPMC and holds consulting staff privileges at UPMC Shadyside. He is a founding partner of AMHA.

Sander Kornblith

Sandy Kornblith, Ph.D. received his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He received his Masters and Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh’s Clinical Psychology program, and completed his APA-approved Internship at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic.

CREDENTIALS/PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Dr. Kornblith is a member of numerous professional organizations, most notably, as a Founding Fellow in the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. He has been a therapist for the past 30 years, working with teams to develop and evaluate state of the art treatments for patients with a variety of serious disorders. He is Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and Co-Director of Training with Ed Friedman, M.D. at the Center for Cognitive Therapy at WPIC.

Lee Reichbaum

Retired Emeritus Partner

EDUCATION

Lee Reichbaum, Ph.D. received his undergraduate, Masters, Post-Masters, and Doctoral degrees from the University of Pittsburgh.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Dr. Reichbaum worked for ten years at Turtle Creek Valley Mental Health as both a clinician and administrator. He became a clinician at Health America in their department of Behavioral Health, and soon after became the Co-Director of the department. In 1991, he joined Allegheny Mental Health Associates, where he provides clinical care and is the CEO. In addition, he is an Assistant Professor at University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine training Residents in the Department of Internal Medicine and medical students. Dr. Reichbaum has held similar positions at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital. He currently serves on Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield’s Behavioral Health Quality Improvement Committee.

CREDENTIALS/MEMBERSHIPS

Dr. Reichbaum is a Licensed Psychologist, a member of the American Psychological Association, and is certified as by the American Marriage and Family Therapy Association. He was a member of the Western Pennsylvania Clinical Hypnosis Society, and subsequently a founder of the Milton Erickson Institute of Southwestern Pennsylvania. He became a member of the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback after training with one of the pioneer developers of clinical biofeedback. He holds consulting staff privileges at UPMC-Shadyside Hospital.

Dr. Reichbaum is currently continuing to teach at the University of Pittsurgh Medical School and maintains a strong interest in healthcare ethics and palliative care. He is serving on a number of community boards and doing volunteer work in Pittsburgh.

Mrs. Amy DeMario has worked on staff as a clinician at Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic since 2003 in the child and adolescent outpatient clinic of the Center for Children and Families, the Pediatric Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program, and in the outpatient school-based programs at Schenley High School and Taylor-Alderdice High School. She supervised and trained graduate psychology and social work interns at the Family Therapy Training Center of Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic. In addition, she has conducted staff development training on subjects of family therapy and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
