Finding Help

When you contact our intake number, our intake clinician will return your call to gather basic information by telephone and match you with one of our clinicians, at the most convenient of our locations, to evaluate your concerns, develop recommendations for treatment and/or make a referral for level or type of care. Please use the problem list below to learn about one of our staff according to the type of difficulty you are having. The results will show which staff member, office location and ages seen may be available to assist you. You can click on the staff member’s name to learn more about them. When you speak with our Intake Coordinator, they can determine that person’s availability.
