SPECIAL INTERESTS

Depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, parent/child behavioral management, parent coaching, couples therapy. Treatment includes CBT, holistic approaches including mindfulness and relaxation training. Also, educating clients on how nutrition and exercise do play a significant role in our mood and overall health. Recent trainings/interests include EMDR and chronic pain management.

MOST IMPORTANT CAREER MOMENT

Joining private practice with AMHA in 1996 as a young professional and turning into a seasoned therapist under the direction, guidance and supervision of AMHA partners.

Spending time with family.
